Why do I need an Owner's Representative?

An Owner's Rep provides an expertise in construction management that is entirely devoted to the District's interest and protection. They provide a specific focus to capital projects which allows the facility director to devote their time to day to day operations while at the same time playing a role in the process. Our interest is project completion on-time and under budget. We offer oversight to the design and construction process school districts typically do not have on staff.
